What Are the Session Fees?

• Initial intake session (50 minutes): $150

• Ongoing individual therapy (50 minutes): $150

Do You Take Insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies directly. However, some clients are able to receive reimbursement for therapy services through their out-of-network mental health benefits. The amount reimbursed can vary depending on your individual plan.

To support this process, I provide a monthly superbill, which is an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company. I am happy to walk you through this process and offer guidance on how to make the most of your benefits.

How Can I Find Out What My Insurance Will Cover?

You may call your insurance provider and ask the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible, and how much of it has been met?

• What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?

• How many sessions are covered each year?

• Do I need prior authorization for therapy?

• What documentation is required to receive reimbursement (for example, a superbill)?

• Does my plan cover services provided by a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas?

How Do I Pay For Sessions?

I accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is due after each session.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Life is often unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed entirely, are charged the full session fee.
